During the summer I cannot get enough salad. So in Thailand existing local restaurant Cucumber salad, I really love it. so I like to make according to my version. so today I will show you a tasty salad of cucumber with lime sauce so light and refreshing. You want a large cucumber, I think it's called English cucumbers and
other vegetables, then all you need is 1 piece of onion, we will only use a
quarter of the onion and then you need two leeks. so I will shred the cucumber
with a shredder like this so it could be really good shredder. so I am just
going to take from the ends of the cucumber first and then we will slice the
cucumber into 3 pieces.
